Who is Dr. Overton

I’m Ashley Overton, Founder and CEO of the Coach Mentor Academy.

I’m an educator at heart, and the vision behind CMA came from a gap I could not ignore.

I kept seeing people with real knowledge, degrees, experiences, certifications, and ideas they knew could help others, but no clear way to build it into something meaningful.

And at the same time, I saw people looking for support, community, and guidance, trying to find the right space, the right leader, and the right kind of help.

So I built the Coach Mentor Academy to bridge those two sides together.

A place where education and expertise meet.

A place where leaders, coaches, educators, and professionals can build courses, trainings, and communities with intention.

And a place where people can find support that actually helps them grow.

At the end of the day, I believe knowledge is powerful, but how it is built, taught, and supported is what creates transformation.

Who is Dr. Overton?

My name is Ashley Overton, founder of the Coach Mentor Academy (CMA), because I saw a gap in support for certified health and fitness coaches who deeply care about their clients but often feel overwhelmed, under-resourced, or stuck in the behind-the-scenes work. After years of coaching, teaching, and mentoring, I realized that coaches needed more than just marketing—they needed practical tools, clear strategies, and a place to grow without burnout. CMA was born to bridge that gap—a community and resource hub where coaches can build confidence, sharpen their skills, and lead with excellence.

I’m passionate about seeing coaches succeed—not just in growing their business, but in earning consistent income and building lasting client relationships.
